WJA Mission Statement:
To help women in the jewelry and watch industries advance and develop professionally through networking, education, leadership development, and the provision of member services.
WJA Vision Statement:
To be the premier business networking organization dedicated to enriching and advancing the professional lives of the women in the jewelry and watch industries.

“Winning the inaugural WJA Cindy Edelstein scholarship allowed me to acquire the necessary equipment, and enrol in the required courses, to complete the GIA’s Graduate Gemologist program. I give back by mentoring other WJA members.”

In 2021, I was awarded the inaugural BIPOC member grant.
WJA NorCal Chapter Conversations in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion series coupled with funds from WJA National helped to fund additional WJA member grants this year to specifically support BIPOC applicants (Black, Indigenous and/or People of Color)
